When you submit an application, I collect everything you put in the form: your name, email address, phone number, general location, occupation, a personal bio, details about the adventure you have in mind, and how you found the site.

That's it. I don't run tracking scripts, I don't fingerprint your browser, and I don't collect anything beyond what you hand me directly.

Your application goes straight into Airtable — a third-party database service I use to organize and review submissions. Jon sees it. No one else does. Airtable has its own privacy policy, which you can find at airtable.com/privacy.

Nobody else has access to your data. No marketing team, no assistants, no partners.

One reason: to evaluate whether we're a good fit for a trip, and to get in touch with you if we are. Your information won't be used for anything else.

If we get to that stage of the process, you'll run a background check through a third-party screening service. That data is handled entirely by them — I receive a pass/fail result, not a copy of your report. I don't store it, I don't see the raw file.

Applications are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. If you want yours gone sooner — for any reason, no questions asked — just email me at me@jonlevesque.com and I'll delete it within 48 hours.

Your data is never sold. It's never shared with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties. The only exceptions are Airtable (which stores it) and the background check service (only if you reach that stage). That's the complete list.
